bananas

Did you know that if you "write" on a banana, when it ripens, whatever you wrote turns brown?  Well...last week we woke up to find that our bananas said "eat me"  and the kids thought it was awesome. The figured that our elf on the shelf must have popped back in for a mischievous visit to do it.  However it happened, everyone wanted to eat bananas for breakfast that day!  Now...if only I could find a way to write on spinach, tomatoes, lettuce...
